LIBERAL MATH: Schumer Claims ‘Many Economists’ Believe Trillions in Spending Will REDUCE Inflation

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.01.21

Senator Chuck Schumer once-again called on all Democrats to pass Joe Biden’s multi-trillion dollar spending package Monday; saying “many economists” believe the massive budget will actually “reduce inflationary pressures.”

“There’s so much more to like in this framework. As I have said repeatedly, when this bill is passed, it will be fully paid for and reduce inflationary pressures, something that has been confirmed by many, many economists,” said Schumer.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen made similar comments earlier this week when speaking to reporters from Rome, Italy.

“Two additional years of early childhood education, child care, helping women participate in the labor market, historic investments in healthcare for seniors,” stated Yellen.

She went on to claim that $2.8 trillion in new spending will “push inflation down.”

BERNIE’S BUDGET: Sanders Says $3.5 Trillion Needed to Help ‘Workers, Elderly, Children, Sick, and Poor’

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.09.21

Senator Bernie Sanders pushed his $3.5 trillion budget on social media Monday morning; saying the massive spending package is needed to help “working class, elderly, children, sick, and poor” Americans.

“The $3.5 trillion Budget Resolution that I am introducing today will allow the Senate to move forward on a reconciliation bill that will be the most consequential piece of legislation for working people, the elderly, the children, the sick and the poor since FDR and the New Deal,” posted the self-described Democratic Socialist.

“For too long, Congress has ignored the needs of the working class, the elderly, the children, the sick and the poor. Now is the time for bold action. Now is the time to restore faith in ordinary Americans that their government can work for them, and not the top 1%,” he added.

“At a time of massive income and wealth inequality, we will end the days of billionaires and large, profitable corporations not paying a nickel in federal income taxes. Yes. We will finally ask the very wealthy and largest corporations to pay their fair share of taxes,” concluded the Senator.

BIDEN: Massive $3.5T Spending Package Will ‘Save the Planet’ and ‘Reduce Inflation’

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.15.21

President Biden pushed his massive $3.5 trillion spending package this week as the proposal stalls in Congress, claiming the bill will “save the planet” and “reduce inflation.”

“Create industries of the future, to win the future, to save the planet. We can do this. This is the United States of America… Never have we failed to meet an objective we set. What’s happening now, is that we’ve set a goal. The goal is achievable,” said Biden.

“I promise you it’s going to create great economic growth, reduce inflation, and put people in a place where people will never have to worry about what we’re worrying about right now,” he added.

President Biden’s approval rating dropped to new lows this week over a series of self-inflicted crises impacting the country, including the southern border, Afghanistan, inflation, slow job growth, and his handling of the pandemic.

President Biden’s approval rating dropped to 43 percent amid the fallout of the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to an NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll released Thursday,” writes NPR.

The new statistic is a six point decrease from a poll conducted in August.

“Thirty-six percent of independents approve of the job Biden is doing, compared to 55 percent who disapprove. Meanwhile, 85 percent of Democrats approve of Biden’s job handling, compared to 13 percent who disapprove,” adds the outlet.
