Kash Patel, President Trump’s nominee for FBI director, will testify at his Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing. The hearing begins at 7:30 a.m. ET.

Patel, a longtime Trump ally, is a lawyer and former federal prosecutor who served in the Trump administration. He is nominated to replace Christopher Wray.

Recently confirmed DHS Secretary Kristi Noem wished Patel luck in a post on X Thursday morning.
