During Tuesday night’s Hannity, a panel of legal experts including Alan Dershowitz, Gregg Jarrett, and Matthew Whitaker offered analysis on the latest indictment of former President and 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump; Jarrett zeroed in on special counsel Jack Smith.
“This indictment strikes me as an amateurish joke,” Jarrett says. “Special counsel Jack Smith should be indicted for stupidity —it’s that bad! But he has this disreputable habit of bringing politically driven prosecutions by contorting the law…these four counts are the definition of a stretch!”
