CNN correspondent Ana Navarro-Cardenas found herself in hot-water on social media this week; blasting “Republican fools” hours after Don Lemon was widely criticized for mocking GOP voters across the country.
“Surreal to see Trump and his cult attack Bolton & call into question his Conservative credentials. Bolton was the Conservarive foreign policy poster-child back when Trump was a Democrat, and an Independent, and when he figured-out Republicans were the fools who could support him,” she posted on Twitter.

Lemon made similar comments earlier this week; laughing after his panel labeled Trump supporters “rubes.”
“[Pompeo] also knows deep within his heart that Donald Trump couldn’t find Ukraine on a map if you had the letter U and a picture of an actual physical crane next to it,” correspondent Rick Wilson told Don Lemon. “He knows that this is, you know, an administration defined by ignorance of the world. And so that’s partly him playing to the base and playing to their audience. You know, the credulous boomer rube demo that backs Donald Trump.”
“‘Donald Trump’s the smart one — and y’all elitists are dumb!'” he added in a mock southern accent. “‘Your math and your reading!'”
The arrogance, the dismissiveness, the smug cackling, the accents.

“That was good,” Lemon reacted. “That was a good one. I needed that.”
President Trump reacted to the clip on social media, saying “Don Lemon, the dumbest man on television (with terrible ratings!)”

DON DIGS IN: CNN’s Don Lemon DOUBLES-DOWN on ‘White Men’ Terror Threat
CNN host Don Lemon refused to backtrack from vicious comments he made earlier this week that labeled “white men” the biggest terror threat in the United States; saying “the evidence is overwhelming.”
Lemon doubled-down on his heated rhetoric after coming under fire from both liberals and conservatives Wednesday; claiming “The vast majority of deadly attacks in this country from 2001 to 2016 were carried out by far-right violent extremists.”

“I also want to talk about some uncomfortable truths. The truth about who really carries out domestic terror attacks in this country […] I said the biggest terror threat in this country comes from radicals on the far-right, primarily white men. That angered some people,” said Lemon.
