Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban stood shoulder-to-shoulder Monday with Donald Trump at the White House during an announcement on the expansion of TrumpRx.gov — the president’s initiative designed to slash the cost of hundreds of generic prescription drugs.
The partnership marks a remarkable public truce between two men who spent much of the last election cycle attacking each other from opposite ends of the political spectrum.
TrumpRx.gov partners with major private-sector companies, including Amazon, GoodRx, and Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, to lower prices on roughly 600 generic medications.
That effectively places Cuban and the Trump Administration on the same side of a major healthcare initiative after Cuban aggressively campaigned against Trump while serving as a vocal surrogate for former Vice President Kamala Harris during the 2024 election cycle.
🚨 WOW! Mark Cuban — who opposed Trump in 2024 — just gave a GLOWING ENDORSEMENT of 47 and TrumpRx
"This is a SPECIAL partnership. 559 [of 600] of the new drugs are OURS!"
"Together, we're gonna make something special."

The optics alone turned heads inside the White House briefing room.
For months during the campaign, Cuban blasted Trump’s economic agenda and repeatedly defended Harris in television appearances and online debates.
Monday’s event painted a very different picture.
And Trump, never one to pass up an opening, couldn’t resist taking a swipe at the billionaire while the two shared the stage.
When a reporter noted how “remarkable” it was to see the pair together after years of political sparring, Trump cracked: “Well, he made a mistake. It was a big mistake.”

The line drew laughter from the room — including from Cuban himself.
The event also came just days after Cuban publicly expressed regret over selling a majority stake in the Dallas Mavericks to the Adelson family, led by GOP megadonor Miriam Adelson.
Cuban recently admitted on a podcast, “I regret who I sold to,” following the franchise’s controversial decision to move on from superstar Luka Dončić.
After Monday’s news conference, reporters pressed Cuban on whether he regretted supporting Harris against Trump during the election.
The billionaire quickly shut the conversation down.
“I’m not going into my politics at all,” Cuban said.
