HANNITY EXCLUSIVE: Read Michael Flynn’s Supplemental Sentencing Memorandum

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.22.20

The legal team behind former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn filed a supplemental sentencing memorandum this week; saying the court’s position is “not only unjust, it is unlawful.”

“This Court should swiftly reject the government’s brazen attempt to punish Mr. Flynn for refusing to compose rather than sing. The reversal of its sentencing position is not only unjust, it is unlawful. If left unchecked, it will send a dangerous message to cooperators – give testimony consistent with the government’s theory of the case, regardless of veracity, or pay the price with your freedom,” states the legal briefing.

Said Sidney Powell, “If after our additional briefing is filed this Friday, the government continues wrongfully on the path to sentencing Mr. Flynn, he should be placed on probation.  Mike Flynn is innocent of all charges, he is a national treasure, and he is a great American patriot.  This entire “investigation” and prosecution is a grotesque abuse of power and a travesty of justice by the FBI and DOJ-while they still hide the  original 302 that shows General Flynn told the truth.  Meanwhile, we have already filed-and will file
more-actual documents that show Mr. Van Grack made up and has relentlessly pursued false FARA charges against General Flynn.”

COLLUSION DELUSION: House Committee to Subpoena Kushner, Sessions, Flynn, Rosenstein, MORE

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.09.19

House Judiciary Chair Jerrold Nadler unveiled his plan this week to issue dozens of subpoenas to those involved in Robert Mueller’s “No Collusion” final report; demanding Jeff Sessions, Michael Flynn, and Jared Kushner testify before Congress.

“House Judiciary Committee Democrats announced Tuesday that they plan to authorize subpoenas later this week for a dozen individuals connected to President Trump as part of the panel’s escalating probe into obstruction of justice, public corruption and other alleged abuses by the president,” reports Fox News.

“The individuals subject to fresh subpoena are: Sessions; Rosenstein; Kushner; former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn; former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Rick Dearborn; former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly; former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski; former White House aide Rob Porter; publisher of the National Enquirer David Pecker and chief content officer Dylan Howard; former Stormy Daniels lawyer Keith Davidson; and assistant attorney general for the criminal division Joseph Hunt,” adds Fox.

Republican Rep. Doug Collins slammed Nadler’s request, calling the move an attempt to “relitigate” the Mueller report.

“Today’s latest effort to relitigate the special counsel’s investigation remains unimpressive and unproductive. Mr. Mueller’s team issued more than 2,800 subpoenas before concluding that no Americans conspired with Russia. Even if Chairman Nadler still believes subpoenas are conversation starters, it’s hard to imagine this handful of subpoenas will do anything but reinforce the principal conclusions we’ve been able to read about for months,” Collins said in a statement.

“I remain open to reaching a reasonable accommodation and will not issue subpoenas if the information we are seeking is voluntarily provided,” Nadler said Tuesday. “We will get answers one way or the other.”

COMEY CONFUSION: Former FBI Boss Told Congress FLYNN DIDN’T LIE to Bureau

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.14.18

While Robert Mueller’s never-ending Trump investigation continues to spiral out of control, recent information is shedding new light on former advisor Michael Flynn’s testimony; with inside sources saying James Comey told Congressional leaders the bureau didn’t believe Flynn intentionally lied.

According to the Washington Examiner, “two sources” with inside knowledge of both Flynn’s conversations with the FBI as well as Comey’s testimony to Congress claim the former FBI chief told investigators that the bureau “did not believe” Flynn had either lied or was intentionally lying while speaking with agents.

“According to two sources familiar with the meetings, Comey told lawmakers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that Flynn had lied to them, or that any inaccuracies in his answers were intentional. As a result, some of those in attendance came away with the impression that Flynn would not be charged with a crime pertaining to the Jan. 24 interview,” writes the Examiner.

Despite Comey’s assertions, Robert Mueller charged Flynn approximately nine months later with intentionally making false statements to the FBI during his January 24th questioning.

The revelation raises serious questions over why Flynn was charged, and whether Robert Mueller’s ongoing witch hunt is desperately searching for inroads into President Trump’s inner-circle.
