President Trump spoke with Sean Hannity Wednesday on a series of issues including an upcoming memoir from John Bolton, the federal government’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic, and more.
“If you look at the previous administration, they did nothing on this. We did Criminal Justice Reform, we did opportunity zones,” said the President. “It’s been incredible… Now we’re doing it again, the numbers are coming back very strongly.”
“You have bad cops and you have great cops. They’re great people, that’s the vast majority. They do an incredible job and they keep us all safe. They’re under siege,” he added. “I signed an Executive order and all the Democrats do is complain. They’ve done nothing, they do nothing. They want to abolish police departments.”

REPORT: Former Obama Official Pays $250K Bail for Woman Who Allegedly Hurled Molotov Cocktail at NYPD
From Fox News:
A former high-level Obama administration intelligence official has guaranteed the $250,000 bail for the New York City lawyer who allegedly firebombed an unoccupied NYPD police cruiser early Saturday, calling the suspect her “best friend,” Fox News has confirmed.
The Washington Free Beacon first reported that Salmah Rizvi, who served in the Defense Department and State Department during the Obama administration, went to bat for Urooj Rahman, who was arrested this weekend alongside Pryor Cashman associate Colinford Mattis.
Rizvi, an associate at the law firm Ropes & Gray, told the court: “Urooj Rahman is my best friend and I am an associate at the law firm Ropes & Gray in Washington, D.C. … I earn $255,000 a year.”
Rizvi also received a scholarship supported by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a radical anti-Israel group, and was a fellow at a legal organization that supports boycotting Israel. In 2009, the FBI severed its once-close ties to CAIR amid mounting evidence that the group had links to a support network for Hamas.

NYC SPIRALS: Stores Wrapped in Razor Wire, NYPD Remove 2,000 Trash Cans, Crowd Chants ‘De Blasio Resign!’
New York City struggled to crackdown on violent protesters and looters Tuesday night; imposing a mandatory 8pm curfew as stores in Manhattan wrapped their windows in razor-wire to keep criminals away.
“Saks Fifth Avenue surrounded its flagship Manhattan store with razor wire on Tuesday to keep thieves from smashing their way in and making off with troves of expensive merchandise,” reports the New York Post.
“City officials have pulled public trash cans out of neighborhoods hit by unrest or that they suspect will be targeted by looters as the Big Apple faces its sixth day of unrest following the tragic killing of George Floyd,” adds the Post.
