Senator Lindsey Graham stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night to weigh-in on the Democrats’ latest impeachment fantasy; saying he will insist the “Whistleblower” testifies should any trial begin in the US Senate.
“Who decides that? The Senate or would it be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court?” asked Hannity.
“It would be the Senate… That has to be done by Senate resolution. What I will insist upon is that the federal rules of evidence apply to this case, so President Trump’s defense team could object to hearsay,” said Graham.
“If you want to call the Whistleblower in the Senate, I believe you have the right to do that, because he’s basically the one that started all this,” he added.

GRAHAM ON HANNITY: Dems Are ‘MAD’ at Barr Because They Didn’t Get the ‘Outcome They Wanted’
Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee Lindsey Graham stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night to weigh-in on Attorney General William Barr’s congressional testimony; saying Democrats are simply “mad” because they didn’t “get the outcome they wanted.”
“To all my friends on the other side… We gave Mueller two years to do his job. He had 19 lawyers, he had $25 million, he interviewed 500 people, he issued 2,000 subpoenas, he had plenty of opportunity without interference… Here’s what we know: There was no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians,” said Graham.
“It is over. The reason they’re mad at Barr and me is because they didn’t get the outcome they want. My friends on the other side want an outcome, and they don’t care how they get it,” he added.

GRAHAM ON HANNITY: Every American Has the Right to Confront Their Accuser, Including the President
Senator Lindsey Graham unloaded on the Democrats’ sham impeachment process on ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night; saying every single American has the right to confront their accuser in court: including the President.
“There is no civil or criminal proceedings in America that denies a person to tell their side of the story by calling witnesses. Every American deserves the right to confront their accuser, that’s not being done in this case,” said Graham.
“The allegation is that Donald Trump withheld aid to the Ukraine unless they investigated Joe and Hunter Biden for corruption. The problem with that allegation is that it’s not true. The aid was delivered to the Ukraine and there was no investigation into the Bidens,” he added.
