GAME OVER: NFL Legend SLAMS Protesting Players Live ON-AIR

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.13.18

NFL legend Herschel Walker stopped by ‘The Sean Hannity Show’ Thursday to weigh-in on professional athletes “taking a knee” during the national anthem, saying the players were absolutely “disrespecting the flag.”

“He’s your president if you don’t like him then leave this country because he was voted in by a system we put in place…”

“They were disrespectful to America,” said Walker. “People said it wasn’t about the flag, but it was about the flag because they decided they weren’t going to stand for the flag. There are people that have fought and died for it; white, black, green, yellow, it doesn’t matter what color you are. They fought for that flag.”

“I’m going to call out anyone that’s not respecting Donald Trump,” he added. “He’s your president if you don’t like him then leave this country because he was voted in by a system we put in place.”

GAME OVER: Kaepernick SNUBBED by Team After Refusing to STAND

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.12.18

The Seattle Seahawks reportedly gave Colin Kaepernick the boot from pre-season training after the out-of-work quarterback flat-out refused to quit his national anthem protest; adding they were “deciding” whether to offer the athlete a job for the upcoming season.

According to Fox News, the former 49er was contacted by the Seahawks weeks ago about a possible visit to the team’s headquarters for tryouts. Inside sources say the trip was canceled after officials demanded Kaepernick remain standing during the US national anthem

“The team reportedly asked Kaepernick if he would continue his protest if he was signed to the NFL again and he was ‘unwilling to give that assurance to them,’” writes Fox.

Kaepernick made national headlines throughout the 2016 season when he kicked-off the trend of player protests during the ‘Star-Spangled Banner.’

“The NFL should have suspended him for one game and he would have never done it again,” Trump told Sean Hannity last October. “They could have then suspended him for two games and they could have suspended him again if he did it a third time, for the season, and you would never have had a problem.”

The ex-San Francisco 49er has been out of a job since he became a free agent in 2016, filing a grievance against the National Football League that accuses owners of “colluding” against hiring him because of his political beliefs.

Kaepernick made national headlines when he chose to “take a knee” during the performance of the ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ for the first time in 2016, angering patriotic fans and team owners throughout the country.
