FREE THINGS! AOC Says US Needs Medicare for All to Stop Food Industry Workers from ‘Showing Up Sick’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.26.20

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doubled-down on her demands for universal healthcare for everyone in the US Tuesday night; saying ‘Medicare for All’ will stop food industry employees from “showing up sick.”

“I used to work in the food industry. I can’t tell you how many times the people who handle your food – who are already overworked & underpaid – show up sick to work because our country refuses to guarantee healthcare or paid sick leave. We need #MedicareForAll,” posted AOC on Twitter.

Ocasio-Cortez ripped the entire American political system during an interview Tuesday morning; saying the country’s government is “bogged down” by “racism, American Apartheid, and the genocide of Native People.”

“You can have one great, amazing, incredible elected official who’s still in the system that’s completely bogged down in the legacies of racism, basically American Apartheid with Jim Crow, with the genocide of Native People,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

“Knowing that, what’s really important is that we are just starting to get politicians who are accountable to mass movements,” she added. “I think Bernie Sanders has that accountability.”

AOC ERUPTS: Ocasio-Cortez Rants About Free Stuff, Complains ‘Nobody Giving Us a Damn Thing’

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.11.19

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez launched a bizarre rant this week regarding her far-left proposals and entitlements; publicly complaining that “nobody is giving us a damn thing” and “we build this on our own.”

“It belongs to us anyway, it doesn’t belong to anybody else. I’m tired of this idea that Medicare for All, that tuition free public colleges are some hand-out from somebody else. Nobody else is giving us a damn thing. We build this on our own. We fund it, we establish it, we fight for it, no one should be able to take it away from us like they have been,” ranted Ocasio-Cortez.

The Congresswoman made similar comments last month, saying her policies don’t promote “free stuff” but call for “public goods.”

“Public education, libraries, & infrastructure policies (which we‘ve had before in America and elsewhere in the world!) are not ‘free stuff.’ They are PUBLIC GOODS. And they are worth investing in, protecting, & advancing for all society and future generations,” posted Ocasio-Cortez on social media.

“This is not free stuff, they’re public goods. They’re public goods. I never want to hear the term ‘free stuff’ ever again. I’m tired of hearing some of these neoliberal folks who are trying to flip the script on us,” said AOC.

CLASS WARFARE! AOC Says ‘Nobody Makes a Billion Dollars, You Take a Billion’ with Slave Wages, Labor

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.21.20

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez raised eyebrows this week during a widely publicized speaking event; saying no one in America “makes a billion dollars” but “takes a billion” in slave wages and undocumented workers.

“You didn’t make those widgets! You sat on a couch while thousands of people were paid modern day slave wages, and in some cases real modern-day slavery; you made that money off the backs of undocumented people …” said Ocasio-Cortez.

“The Democratic Party is not a left party. The Democratic Party is a center, or a center-conservative party,” added Ocasio-Cortez.

“We can’t even get a floor vote on Medicare for All. This is not a left party. There are left members inside the Democratic Party working to make that shift happen,” she added.
