The internet has a long memory…
During his last day in office, Joe Biden approved a number of “preemptive pardons” for Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, members of the January 6th Committee, and pretty much the entire Biden family that oversight committees were investigating for influence-peddling.
“I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics,” Biden said in a statement. “But these are exceptional circumstances, and I cannot in good conscience do nothing.”
“In certain cases, some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol,” the outgoing POTUS added.
Later, in a statement on the pardon of his family members, Biden said, “My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me—the worst kind of partisan politics. Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe these attacks will end.”
Biden added: “That is why I am exercising my power under the Constitution to pardon James B. Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that they engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.”
But here at Hannity HQ, we’re old enough to remember when preemptive presidential pardons were, according to Democratic leadership, the media mob, and Joe Biden himself — totally out of bounds.

Flashback to 2020. Here are some of the reactions to just the idea of Trump issuing preemptive pardons.
Which disgusts these "journalists" more, Biden actually doing it or the thought of Trump doing it? 🤣 pic.twitter.com/w6tgtkg7Nf
