During a recent interview with Keystone State Democratic Senatorial candidate John Fetterman, MSNBC highlighted some of the rough challenges Fetterman has communicating with and without the use of a screen. The reporter says, “It wasn’t clear that he was understanding our conversations…it certainly seemed as though he was having a hard time with those conversations,” before the closed captioning technology was up and running.
