Chris Pratt is just doing his thing —and he doesn’t care what critics think.
According to a report from The New York Post, actor Chris Pratt shredded critics for their Rotten Tomatoes score of 40% for his hit Amazone Prime show The Terminal List. The show follows Pratt as Navy SEAL James Reece, who comes home after his crew is ambushed while on a secret mission. Audiences love it and have awarded the series a 94% rating.
It has also been streamed for 1.6 billion minutes —an incredible success.
Pratt poked fun at his critics on social media.
From The New York Post:
The “Everwood” star plastered a photo of Dr. Evil from the “Austin Powers” franchise and noted the number of times viewers watched his show.
“One point six BILLLLLLLLLION minutes,” he scribed on the meme. Nielsen reported that at least 1.6 billion 60-second moments were actually watched.
The show’s official Instagram account divulged last month that it was the number one TV series on Prime Video over the July Fourth weekend.
On Rotten Tomatoes, watchers revealed their thoughts about Pratt’s newest series.
“‘The Terminal List’ is a classic American fantasy about the goodness of the SEALs, the corruption of high-level government officials and corporate shills, and the purifying quality of righteous violence,” one critic noted on the website.
