CRUZ MISSILE: Ted Cruz Rips CNN’s Brian Stelter, Asks if His Network ‘Only Exists to Attack the GOP’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.13.20

Senator Ted Cruz ripped CNN host Brian Stelter on social media Monday; asking the anchor if his network only exists “to attack” Republicans and supporters of President Trump.

“I RT’ed a former LA Times reporter who had tweeted pics that mistakenly ran on the ABC local news broadcast. When I found out the story was erroneous, I deleted the tweet. Gosh, Brian, why does your tweet omit the MSM error that started it? Or does CNN only exist to attack GOP?” posted Cruz on Twitter.

President Trump called-out CNN correspondent Jim Acosta during a fiery press briefing over the weekend; saying his daily conferences are the “saddest he’s ever had to give” because “we’re talking about death.”

“We built 20,000 hospital beds. We have enough hospital beds… A lot of this is fake news. The Governors have said it’s been unbelievable what’s happening. We’ve been totally responsive,” said the President. “These people have done an incredible job. This is not happy talk. We’re talking about death, we’re talking about closing off the greatest economy on earth.”

“Thousands of people have died. There’s nothing happy about it. This is sad talk. These are the saddest news conferences I’ve ever had. I don’t like doing them because I’m talking about death,” he added.

FIREWORKS: Kellyanne Conway SHREDS CNN's Brian Stelter Live On-Air

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.04.17

Senior White House advisor Kellyanne Conway unloaded on CNN’s Britan Stelter over the weekend; blasting the cable anchor for refusing to cover President Trump’s record-breaking job growth and impressive stock market gains, instead focusing on phony poll numbers.

Conway was speaking with Stelter on Sunday when the left-leaning anchor asked the advisor over President Trump’s “historically low approval ratings.”

“Given President Trump’s historically low approval ratings, what specific steps are you and your colleagues taking to try and repair Trump’s credibility?”

“So Brian, I think that’s the usual hyperbolic opening to one of CNN’s segments. Let me tell you about the numbers that matter to Americans,” Conway fired back. “The 1.5 million jobs created on his watch, the 54 record highs in the stock market, the consumer confidence at a 17 year high, which means higher than President George W. Bush and Barack Obama.”

“The American people are not giving him credit for the economic boom according to all of the polls,” pressed Stelter.

“Yes, they are. You have the voice going through all of your promos saying, ‘CNN, the most trusted name in news.’ What evidence do you have of that? I’ve seen polling numbers to the contrary on that,” she added. “You interrupted me because I was going through what CNN refuses to cover about President Trump.”

THIS IS CNN: UNHINGED Brian Stelter Questions TRUMP’S SANITY After Oprah Tweet

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.19.18

The anti-Trump hysteria over at CNN continued this weekend, with network host Brian Stelter questioning the President’ sanity after a series of tweets regarding Oprah Winfrey; adding the Commander-in-Chief appears “unhinged” on social media.

Stelter slammed Trump on-air Sunday, saying that the President may seem “calm and collected” in person, but appears “deeply troubled” on social media.

“Maybe down in Mar-a-Lago, maybe in person President Trump is cool, calm, and collected. But on Twitter he sounds deeply troubled, he sounds unhinged. This is why questions about his fitness for office are so urgent. This is the biggest story that I see happening right now,” said Stelter.

Stelter’s vicious smear accompanied a round of tweets, with the CNN media reporter obsessing over President Trump’s potential match-up with megastar Oprah Winfrey; writing “In the past Trump has called Oprah a friend and said ‘I love Oprah.’ Now he’s calling her ‘very insecure.’ It just so happens that Trump’s perceived insecurities were a major topic of cable news coverage on Sunday.”
