President Biden’s health came into question again on Monday as Joe addressed black law enforcement executives while in isolation for COVID. During his remarks, Joe went 40 seconds without blinking, possibly setting some kind of record.
The Washington Free Beacon shared the clip on Twitter.
“A normal human being blinks once every three to four seconds. What, exactly, is wrong with our president? And what else is he hiding?”
