While arriving at the State Funeral Service for former President Jimmy Carter on Thursday, First Lady Jill Biden gave Vice President Kamala Harris a noticeably cold greeting.
Even CNN’s Jake Tapper called it out.
“You didn’t see a particularly warm greeting between the First Couple and the Second Couple…” Tapper said, while watching the interaction.
