A series of new policies including the widely-panned Bail Reform law has caused a spike in crime across New York City since January 1st, with residents seeing ‘Squeegee Men’ in Times Square for the first time in decades.
“The panhandling window-washers, who became the face of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s quality-of-life crackdown in the 1990s, were back peddling their spotty services in Manhattan over the weekend,” reports the New York Post.

“A trio of the in-your-face glass swabbers were spotted plying their trade on 40th Street and Ninth Avenue on Sunday — figures from the annals of New York City history that some folks weren’t in the mood for,” adds the Post.
Across town, a man arrested 139 times publicly thanked Democrats and the new bail guidelines for his life of crime.
“Bail reform, it’s lit!” yelled the suspect. “It’s the Democrats! The Democrats know me and the Republicans fear me. You can’t touch me! I can’t be stopped!”

WORST MAYOR EVER: Records Show Bill De Blasio Logged 7 HOURS OF WORK at City Hall in 1 MONTH
Recently released records show New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio logged just seven hours of work at City Hall the same month he announced his entry into the 2020 race for the White House.
“Mayor Bill de Blasio spent a mere seven hours — less than one full workday — at City Hall during the month he launched his bid for the White House, records reviewed by The Post show,” reports the New York Post. “Hizzoner showed up at his office on just six occasions in May, taking part in two meetings, four events and five phone calls, one of which was his weekly appearance on WNYC radio.”
“The 11 appointments amounted to a meager one-fifth of the 50 meetings, calls and other events at City Hall on de Blasio’s calendar for May 2018. He had a total 152 city events scheduled for the month,” adds the Post.
“If he’s trying to show New Yorkers that he’s over doing the job, he’s doing a good job of it,” said a former staffer.
Bill de Blasio addressed a crowd of just 15 people in Cedar Rapids, Iowa last month; discussing a range of issues from immigration to his plans on raising taxes for wealthy Americans.
“Mayor Bill de Blasio pitched his presidential dreams to a crowd of about 15 likely Democratic voters at an event Sunday morning in Cedar Rapids, Iowa,” reports the New York Post. “With more than enough empty space to accommodate his 6-foot-5 frame, the quixotic candidate took the floor at Parlor City Pub to a smattering of applause from the sleepy brunch set.”
“Everything should be about our families, our lives, what everyday people are going through, what working people are going through,” De Blasio told a handful of attendees.

“If we as Democrats are talking about that, we’re winning,” he added. “Here’s the bottom line: We have a country that’s favored the 1 percent now for literally 40 years. The rich have gotten richer. Everybody else has been pretty much treading water.”

'WORST MAYOR EVER': Bill De Blasio MOCKED at ‘Green New Deal’ Rally Inside Trump Tower
Big Apple Mayor Bill de Blasio was publicly mocked during a rally inside Trump Tower over the weekend; with countless protesters panning his decision to “ban” future construction of “classic” glass and steel skyscrapers.
“New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio faced a crowd of angry protesters Monday at a raucous rally promoting the city’s Green New Deal inside the lobby of Trump Tower, where the Democrat threatened President Trump’s family company with millions of dollars in fines if his buildings don’t comply with new environmental standards,” reports Fox News.

“Speaking in front of the same escalators where Trump launched his 2016 campaign, de Blasio blasted the president’s rollback of Obama-era environmental policies, his move to pull the United States out of the Paris Climate Agreement and his appointment of climate change skeptics to the Cabinet,” adds the article.
“His buildings are one of the biggest polluters in New York City,” de Blasio said. “Cut your emissions or we’ll cut something you really care about.”
