Former Vice President and climate-change crusader Al Gore took his war against the Trump administration to the next level over the weekend; blasting the White House as a “rogue outlier” and warning the US was “running out of time” to address global warming.
Gore posted his ominous message on his official website Sunday, saying the Paris Climate Accord did not go far enough to address the “scale of the crisis.”

“The Paris Agreement was monumental, but we must now go further, ratchet up commitments and develop solutions that meet the scale of the climate crisis,” writes Gore. “However, time is running out, so we must capitalize and build upon the solutions available today. Solving the climate crisis requires vision and leadership.”
“Unfortunately, the Trump administration has become a rogue outlier in its shortsighted attempt to prop up the dirty fossil fuel industries of the past. The administration is in direct conflict with American businesses, states, cities, and citizens leading the transformation,” he adds.

GORE GOES GLOBAL: Al Gore Says Germany FALLING BEHIND on Climate Change
Former Vice President and climate change crusader Al Gore took his war against fossil fuels to Europe this week, warning Germany their efforts to fight global warming were rapidly becoming “out of date.”
According to Politico, Gore was speaking in Berlin to a group of “climate change activists” when he called-out Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government for losing its edge in the global fight against pollution.
“Germany was a model for the rest of the world and a narrative took hold here in Germany that might be summarized as ‘Germany leads and everyone follows,’” Gore told Politico. “But that narrative is now out of date.”
“Germany is in danger of being left behind as more aggressive EU governments seize the lead,” he added. “The competitive advantages and job creation advantages of the sustainability revolution put Germany at risk of being left behind. Of course, the subsidies for coal in Germany are enormous.”
Merkel made international headlines years ago when she ordered Germany to move away from nuclear energy -which accounted for nearly 20% of its power production- in the aftermath of the 2011 Fukushima disaster.
As a result, the nation turned towards coal and other fossil fuels to mitigate the energy crisis.

BRAIN FREEZE: Al Gore Demands Senate BLOCK POMPEO over Climate ‘DENIAL’
Former Vice President and climate change crusader Al Gore urged the Senate to reject President Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State Thursday, claiming Mike Pompeo was unqualified because he “denies the climate crisis.”
Gore took to twitter to slam Trump’s pick to lead the State Department, saying the former CIA chief has been “doing the bidding” for fossil fuel corporations for years; adding the American people “deserve better.”
“Senators should reject Mike Pompeo’s nomination to be Secretary of State. He denies the climate crisis, and has been doing the bidding for fossil fuel interests his whole career. The American people deserve better,” tweeted Gore.

The former Vice President’s comments come months after the global warming alarmist feverishly attempted to explain a brutally cold winter throughout the Northern Hemisphere; bizarrely suggesting that global warming is now causing “global cooling.”
