The latest explosive report from John Solomon is shedding new light on the shady background of the now-debunked ‘Trump Dossier,’ with documents revealing Christopher Steele was given until Election Day to “air dirt” on Donald Trump.
“Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec’s written account of her Oct. 11, 2016, meeting with FBI informant Christopher Steele shows the Hillary Clinton campaign-funded British intelligence operative admitted that his research was political and facing an Election Day deadline,” writes The Hill’s John Solomon.
“And that confession occurred 10 days before the FBI used Steele’s now-discredited dossier to justify securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page and the campaign’s ties to Russia,” he adds.

ANTI-TRUMP AMNESIA: GOP Rep. Says Ohr Has ‘POOR MEMORY’ Surrounding Steele Relationship
GOP Rep. Darrel Issa accused DOJ official Bruce Ohr of having a “poor memory” during his Congressional testimony Tuesday; slamming the anti-Trump administrator after repeatedly deflecting questions surrounding his relationship with a former British spy.
Ohr appeared before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee this week to answer serious questions about his behind-the-scenes dealings with Christopher Steele, the author of the debunked ‘Trump Dossier.’
“He seems to not remember a lot of details and, you know, poor memories are often claimed by people who want to stick to what they can say and not be caught in perjury,” said Rep. Issa.
“I don’t know if it’s improper but I want to know who at DOJ knew and it certainly looks like he continued to meet with Mr. Steele after the FBI had terminated their relationship with Mr. Steele,” added Rep. Jim Jordan following the hearing.

CARTER PAGE ON HANNITY: ‘I Want the Truth Out There’ about the Steele Dossier
Former Trump campaign associate Carter Page spoke with Sean Hannity Thursday night on the escalating scandal surrounding potential “spying” during the 2016 election; saying he “wants the truth out there” about the now-debunked Steele Dossier.
“They used you to backdoor their way into all things that were Donald Trump’s campaign. Your reaction?” asked Hannity.
“Absolutely right, as you’ve been saying for the last couple of years… They accused me of being responsible for WikiLeaks in conjunction with Paul Manafort who I’ve never met or spoken with in my entire life,” said Page.
“I want the truth out there, the quicker we can get to the bottom of this the better,” he added.
