The Seattle Police Department released shocking bodycam footage Monday of officers being attacked with flares, explosives, pipes, and fireworks while trying to maintain law and order in Washington State.
“Police bodycam footage shared Sunday shows a supercut of protesters throwing rocks, bottles, wood and explosives at officers during Saturday’s protests in the Capitol Hill neighborhood,” reports Fox News.
“Police said 59 officers suffered injuries ranging from cuts and bruises to burns. One officer was treated at a hospital for a torn meniscus. Photos showed several officers’ fleshy wounds,” adds Fox.

ANARCHY in NYC: ‘Black Lives Matter’ Leader Accuses NYPD of Acting Like ‘Babies’ Over Protests
A prominent leader of the New York chapter of ‘Black Lives Matter’ accused the NYPD of acting “like a bunch of babies” in response to the anti-police protests following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
“Police officers across the nation are acting ‘like a bunch of big babies,’ said Greater New York Black Lives Matter president Hawk Newsome,” according to Fox News.
“You had [Sen.] Tim Scott [R-S.C.], you know, on the Republican side saying, ‘You know what? Cops aren’t doing what they need to do. Things need to change.’ You have Democrats saying, ‘Cops aren’t doing what they need to do. Things need to be changed,'” Newsome added.
“What are they doing?” asked Newsome. “They’re responding like a bunch of big babies. They’re whining. They’re complaining: ‘Oh, our morale is low. Oh, I’m sad! People don’t have faith in us.'”
“I believe in The Bible it says, ‘gird up thy loins.’ Well, I challenge police across the country to gird up their loins and accept the fact they’ve done wrong and correct it instead of digging their heels in and crying,” Newsome said.

CHAOS NYC: Rioters Loot Manhattan Stores, De Blasio Describes Situation as ‘Limited Protest Activity’
Rioters smashed windows and looted stores in Manhattan late Sunday night after assembling for citywide protests following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis; a situation Mayor Bill de Blasio described as “limited protest activity.”
“Fox News crews on the scene in SoHo reported hundreds of people stealing from luxury stores – including Chanel and Dior – for hours on Sunday night going into the early hours of Monday morning. The looters were seen piling shoplifted merchandise into vehicles while others rode off with the merchandise in black garbage bags balanced on CitiBikes,” reports Fox news.

“Most of the day we had large crowds throughout the city in multiple boroughs [on Sunday]. But when it got dark, things changed and it changed rapidly,” Shea said on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” on Monday morning. “We anticipated it, but you saw large groups of people had no inclination to all this protest once it got dark, particularly in the area of SoHo between Canal and West Broadway. We had a number of stores broken into.”
