Six months. Hundreds of wins.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stopped by Hannity Monday night to recount the “extraordinary” first six months of Trump 2.0.
“With President Trump, we work hard every day and we will continue to work hard,” Leavitt said, adding that one year ago, in Butler, PA, God saved Trump so he could save the country.
“Look at our economy — it is booming again,” Leavitt said. “And President Trump just signed the most significant piece of tax legislation in American history — the largest tax cut for working and middle-class families. That means more money in the pockets of every American watching your show tonight.”
Leavitt continued: “Look at what he’s done to route out DEI and waste, fraud, and abuse in our federal government — to keep men out of women’s sports! Victory after victory after victory.”
Leavitt also touched on the big SCOTUS decision that allowed for mass firings at the Department of Education as the Trump Admin continues to sunset the federal agency.
“Look at what he’s done on the world stage,” Leavitt added. “Bringing peace to the Middle East. Jarring Russia and Ukraine to talk directly for the first time in years … this is a president who is a Peacemaker-in-Chief.”
Hannity asked Leavitt about reports that June was the first reported budget surplus in 20 years; “Wow, that hasn’t gotten a lot of attention,” Hannity said.
“All of the naysayers, all of the so-called ‘economic experts’ who doubted this president and his economic formula are now eating their words,” Leavitt said.
