During Monday night’s Hannity, House Oversight Chair James Comer reacted to a recent New York Times interview with Joe Biden in which it was revealed that the former president didn’t approve each individual pardon during his final days in office.

…adding fuel to the fire of the Biden autopen scandal.

Does this latest revelation render Biden’s 11th-hour pardons unlawful?

“I think so,” Comer said. “I think it would be a hard pitch in front of a court of law to defend what Joe Biden just admitted to the New York Times … he didn’t know who was getting pardoned with the use of his autopen. And that’s the whole basis of this investigation. This is just the pardons — what about the executive orders?”

“There was no defined process by which Joe Biden was saying, ‘Yes, use my autopen on this executive order,'” Comer continued, questioning whether Biden was even mentally fit enough to understand what he was approving.
