HANNITY MONOLOGUE: Ultimately Swalwell's Fall is a Story About the Democratic Party [WATCH]

During Tuesday night’s Hannity, Fox News host Sean Hannity reacted to the bombshell news of the day — California Rep. Eric Swalwell resigning amid multiple sexual assault allegations, including rape.

One woman, Lonna Drewes, accused the California Democrat of drugging and raping her during a 2018 encounter in Beverly Hills.

“I couldn’t move my arms or my body,” she said. “He raped me. And he choked me.”

And that was just one of many accusations made against Swalwell in the past week. CNN and CBS both spoke with Swalwell’s victims, who were determined to expose him before he potentially became the governor of California.

Hannity also played clips of Swalwell over the years, encouraging people to believe all women and to take all allegations seriously. Of course, this was only when it came to his political opponents.

“Ultimately, this is all much bigger than a congressman from California. This is a story about the Democratic Party and the legacy media mob, who wax poetic about women’s rights and believing all victims if it helps them politically,” Hannity said.

Swalwell was clearly saying one thing while doing another.

Now he’s gone — and good riddance.
