PREDATOR PURGE: ICE Houston Arrests 414 Illegal Alien Child Predators in Trump’s First Year Back: Report

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.11.26

According to a Breitbart News report, federal immigration agents in Houston arrested 414 illegal immigrants charged with or convicted of child sex offenses during President Donald Trump’s first year back in office, nearly double the number arrested during the final year of the previous administration.

ICE officials said the group of offenders was responsible for 761 child sex crimes and another 525 offenses ranging from homicide to robbery, underscoring what the agency described as a major public-safety enforcement effort across Southeast Texas.

During the final year of President Joe Biden’s administration, Houston ICE officers arrested 211 illegal immigrants accused or convicted of child sex offenses, making the latest figure nearly twice as high.

“While elected officials and media pundits across the country were zealously trying to manipulate the American public with fake news stories about ICE’s public safety mission, the brave men and women of ICE were quietly going about their business to arrest and remove more than 400 dangerous child predators from our local communities,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Houston Acting Field Office Director Gabriel Martinez.

ICE said many of those arrested had serious criminal histories beyond sex offenses involving minors, including violent crimes and repeat illegal entries into the United States.

The announcement came days after ICE Houston reported another enforcement effort targeting repeat drunken drivers in the country illegally.

According to officials, 243 illegal immigrants with three or more felony DWI convictions were arrested during Trump’s first year of his second term, including 21 individuals convicted in Texas courts of intoxication manslaughter.

The Houston field office oversees immigration enforcement across 58 counties in Southeast Texas and often works jointly with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to locate and arrest criminal suspects.
