The same policies that allowed DeCarlos Brown, Jr. — a man with fourteen prior arrests and a history of violence and mental health issues — to roam free and murder Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a train in Charlotte, NC.

“They let him go with no bond, only eight short months ago. And of course, no bail,” Hannity told his viewers. “What about this guy’s record made this judge think this was a good idea? What gave her that confidence that he wouldn’t be a threat? Would that judge be happy if this guy moved in next to her?”

Hannity continued: “This is the idiocy of not just judges but the entire defund, dismantle, no bail law, reimagine police insanity that the left continues to embrace. This woman should be alive today. Decisions like this undermine confidence in our judicial system. They expose entire communities to violent repeat offenders.”

“The system is failing many Americans spectacularly … and the problem is the left-wing mindset that’s fueling all of this.”
