Fox News contributor and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich spoke to Sean Hannity Wednesday night about President Trump’s reshaping of the Middle East and what comes next for the U.S., Israel, and Iran.
Gingrich says Trump was very disciplined with the strikes and has a clear vision.
“To me, the test is going to be what are the terms of the truce? Are the Iranians going to try to cheat? Or will they realize that between Israel and the United States, they are completely outmatched,” Gingrich said.
Gingrich added: “The minimum for thinking this is successful is to stop saying ‘Death to Israel’ and ‘Death to America.’ No more ballistic missile developments — period. And open inspection of all nuclear capability, including finding the 400 kg of uranium they have moved out of the sites.”
“Either they’re prepared to do that, or the truce will have to end and we will return to the Israelis — or possibly the Americans — bombing them into submission.”
