Music legend Kid Rock stopped by Hannity Tuesday night to drop details on the recent meeting between late-night host (and life-long Democrat) Bill Maher and the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Rock set up the meeting between the two after appearing on Maher’s podcast, Club Random.
Rock says the meetings went great.
“They actually have things in common, him and Trump,” Rock said. “It was incredible just to watch them,” Rock said, saying he was just happy to bring them together.
Hannity asked Rock what he thinks Maher will say when he recounts the meetup on his late-night show Real Time with Bill Maher.
“I think he’s going to say nice things about the President. He’s not going to have a MAGA hat on — but he’s not going to vote Republican any time,” Rock said.
“I think he’s still going to say that we don’t agree politically … but we basically stuck to things we agree on, and they both have a deep knowledge of American history,” Rock added, stressing the importance of bringing people together and getting the two sides talking.
