It was a historic day…
During Tuesday night’s Hannity, Fox News host Sean Hannity implored Americans to “take in this moment” and celebrate the incredible guts, ingenuity, and American grit it took to rescue two astronauts abandoned on the ISS.
“It is incredible. What human ingenuity and engineering. The human spirit on display — it makes you proud to be an American,” Hannity said.
Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams had been on the International Space Station since June 2024.
“For a moment, can we just put aside all partisanship for a second?” Hannity said. “Just take in this moment — this moment in time, what we’re witnessing. History in the making, right here in the United States of America.”
“It’s incredible,” Hannity added.
“Tonight we wish both astronauts a speedy recovery and good health. We are also extremely grateful to Elon Musk and the people at SpaceX for getting them home safe and sound and to President Trump for giving the okay for this mission to go forward.”
“Unfortunately, for many on the left, they are not grateful in any shape or form.”
