'SHAMEFUL' DEMOCRATS: Johnson Blasts Dems After Joint Session, 'Brought Shame to Themselves and Their Party' [WATCH]

They really are a sorry lot…

House Speaker Mike Johnson spoke with Sean Hannity Tuesday night following the Joint Session of Congress — a session in which Democrats embarrassed themselves with performative stunts.

Johnson said the Democrats brought “shame to themselves and their party.”

“It was really shameful what the Democrats did,” Johnson said. “It was quite a spectacle … but the American people are following what the President is delivering and they are appreciating it and we certainly did tonight in the chamber.”

Hannity asked Johnson about Democrats refusing to stand and applaud: “Did they stand for anything?” Hannity asked.

“No, not even the terrorist that we apprehended who masterminded the attack at Abbey Gate,” Johnson said.

Johnson also indicated that Democrat Rep. Al Green would be censured and disciplined for his outbursts, interruptions, and for being escorted out of the joint session.

“Democrats don’t have a vision, they don’t have a leader, they don’t have a platform they can run on,” Johnson said.
