OFF THE WALZ: Failed Veep Candidate Says He Would 'Certainly Consider' Running for President

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.03.25

Nobody wants this.

Failed vice-presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz told “the New Yorker Radio Hour” over the weekend that he would “certainly consider” running for president in 2028.

“If I feel I can serve, I will. And if nationally, people are like, ‘Dude we tried you, and look how that worked out,’ I’m good with that.,” Walz said.

“If I think I could offer something … I would certainly consider that.”

Walz told host David Remnick he was “not arrogant enough to believe there’s a lot of people that can do this,” but added that “if the circumstances are right” and he feels he “has the right skill set for the moment … I’ll do it.”

“I’ll do whatever it takes,” Walz added when pressed.

Walz was roasted on X for even considering a White House run.

“Dear @Tim_Walz, The American people already want a third term of President Trump, and you being the Democrat Party nominee would guarantee that reality. Please run for president in 2028. Yours truly, America,” said one user.

“Tim Walz is contemplating running for President in 2028,” said Tim Young.

Sara Rose simply posted a picture of Family Feud host Steve Harvey laughing.
