President-elect Donald Trump has confirmed on TRUTH Social that he plans to use military assets and declare a national emergency to facilitate the mass deportation of illegal migrant criminals.
“GOOD NEWS: Reports are the incoming @RealDonaldTrump administration prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program,” Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton wrote on TRUTH Social.
“TRUE!!!” Trump responded.
Trump has vowed to enact the largest deportation in history, beginning on day one.
According to The New York Post, “The use of a national emergency may run into legal hiccups, as the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 limits the federal government from using the military to enforce domestic policy.”
