After Thursday night’s State of the Union address, Fox News host Sean Hannity set up a side-by-side comparison of everyday President Biden and SOTU’s Screamin’ Joe.
“The difference between Jacked-Up Joe tonight and his recent public appearances filled with endless gaffes…the difference is so stark, they so over-compensated, it’s frightening,” Hannity said before running a mash-up of the two Joes.
