FALLING APART: Biden Coughs, Slurs, and Goes Off Teleprompter During Climate Remarks [WATCH]

President Joe Biden spoke on Tuesday about “his administration’s historic actions to address the climate crisis” at the White House. Biden appeared to struggle with his remarks at several moments during his speech.

Throughout his remarks, Biden was heard coughing, slurring, and struggling to stay on teleprompter. Both Biden’s cognitive and physical fitness have been a central issue for voters considering Joe’s reelection bid.

Biden is the oldest sitting President in U.S. history.
