WATCH: Activist Actress Jane Fonda Calls for Murder of Pro-Life Politicians on The View

During a discussion on abortion on Friday’s taping of The View, activist actress Jane Fonda shocked viewers by suggesting that pro-life politicians should be murdered —seriously.

“We have experienced many decades now of having agency over our body, of being able to determine when and how many children to have. We know what that feels like, we know what that’s done for our lives,” Fonda said. “We’re not going back, I don’t care what the laws are. We’re not going back.”

“That’s the activist,” co-host Sonny Hostin said. “That’s Jane,” Joy Behar replied.

“She probably will get a Nobel Prize,” Hostin added.

“It’s the truth, it is the truth,” Fonda said. “We’re gonna fight.”

Then Behar asked Fonda what people could do besides protesting —and things went off the rails.

“Well, I’ve thought of murder,” Fonda.

“She’s just kidding,” Behar said hastily, before motioning. “Wait a second… They’ll pick up on that and just run with it. She’s just kidding.”

But Fonda’s look gives her away.

Pro-life Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene asked if Fonda would be held accountable on Twitter.
