A new lawsuit claims Tiger Woods tricked ex-girlfriend Erica Herman into leaving his home —then locked her out!
According to a Daily Wire report, Erica Herman has “filed court papers alleging that ‘agents’ of Woods tricked her into leaving his Florida mansion, saying she was heading out on a ‘short vacation,’ then locked her out of Woods’ house.”
Her personal possessions were then removed from the property.
From The Daily Wire:
Herman has been at the side of Woods, 47, for half a dozen years, most recently helping him recover from a severe car accident that could have ended his life.
The golfer’s now-former girlfriend also made some shocking allegations in the documents as she tries to void a non-disclosure agreement that she claims she was forced to sign. Under a question that read, “Does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse?” Herman ticked the box for “yes.”
In a separate court filing uncovered by The Daily Mail, Herman is also suing Woods for $30 million, claiming “severe” emotional damage. She claims that Woods’ representatives removed $40,000 of her money and made “scurrilous and defamatory allegations” about how she obtained the money.
