Bryan Kohberger, who brutally murdered four University of Idaho students in their off-campus home in November 2022, will be sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty earlier this month.

Kohberger, 30, is facing the families of three victims—Madison Mogen, 21; Kaylee Goncalves, 21; and Xana Kernodle, 20—for the first time, as they deliver impact statements expected to continue throughout the day.

Victim Kaylee Goncalves’ sister, Alivea Goncalves, unloaded on Kohberger, slamming the “psychopath” as a “wannabe” and “basic.”

“I won’t stand here and give you what you want,” she said. “Instead I will call you what you are: a psychopath.”

“Sit up straight when i talk to you,” she said at one point.

Kohberger smirked when she aid the only thing he “failed at more than being a murderer was being a rapper, and asked him, “Did you just start shaving?”

“You are a delusional, pathetic, hypochondriac loser,” she went on.

“Lurking in the shadows made you feel powerful because you were nothing in the light.”

“Kaylee would have kicked your f–king ass,” she concluded. The courtroom clapped.

The long-running University of Idaho homicide case took a decisive turn earlier this month as Bryan Kohberger, the former Washington State University criminology Ph.D. student accused of killing four undergraduates in 2022, pleaded guilty in court.

Under the deal, Kohberger agreed to four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole, waived all appeals, and avoided the death penalty.

He admitted to murdering the four students on Nov. 13, 2022. Judge Steven Hippler accepted the plea at Ada County Courthouse in Boise.
