While speaking to the press during a bilateral meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in the Oval Office on Tuesday, President Trump was asked if he had “somebody in mind” to lead Iran.
“Most of the people we had in mind are dead,” Trump said. “We had some in mind from that group that is dead. And now we have another group that may be dead also. So I guess you have a third wave coming in. Pretty soon we’re not gonna know anybody.”
