WHEN'S THE FBI RAID? Trump, Conservatives Unload Over Classified Docs Found at Biden Think Tank

Let’s just say it’s unlikely Biden will get the Mar-a-Lago treatment.

On Monday, it was revealed that classified documents from Biden’s time as Vice President were uncovered late last year at the offices of the Penn Biden Center, a pro-Biden think tank. Attorney General Merrick Garland has tapped a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney to investigate the discovery. But conservatives, including former President Donald Trump, doubt that Biden will be subjected to FBI raids at his home.

White House spin has already begun.

“The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives,” Richard Sauber, special counsel to the White House, said in a Monday statement. “Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with he Archives and the Department of Justice in process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”

But the GOP is already all over the story —insisting on “the same treatment” as Trump.

“Under the Biden Administration, the Department of Justice and National Archives have made compliance with the Presidential Records Act a top priority,” Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said in a Monday statement. “We expect the same treatment for President Biden, who has apparently inappropriately maintained classified documents in an insecure setting for several years.”

Conservative voices hit social media to echo Comer’s sentiments.

“The only possible way to ensure Joe Biden has no more illegal documents from his vice-presidency is for the FBI to raid all of his residences and seize anything they want, including his passports. Our democracy is at stake, anything less and we could all die,” Clay Travis tweeted.

Former Trump aid Stephen Miller agreed with Travis.

Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson says there are questions that need answers.

“Did Biden try to conceal these documents before the midterms? How long did the federal government KNOW these documents were hidden? WHY are we just hearing about this now? These questions need to be answered!!”

Prominent conservative voice Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene chimed in as well.

“Joe Biden took classified documents from the White House when he was Vice President. The VP does NOT have the power to declassify, only POTUS. Joe Biden stole classified documents. This is a very serious crime. DOJ & NARA can’t sweep this under the rug AND persecute Trump.”

Former President Trump and Texas Rep. Troy Nehls want to know when the FBI raids will happen.

“BREAKING: Classified documents from Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential days found at his private office. When will the FBI raid his home?” Nehls said on TRUTH Social.

“When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House? These documents were definitely not declassified,” Trump said on TRUTH.
