'WE NEED BOBBY!': Senate Finance Committee Advances Kennedy's HHS Nomination

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.04.25

The Senate Finance Committee voted to advance Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination for HHS Secretary Tuesday morning; the panel approved his nomination 14-13 along party lines.

Prior to the vote, President Trump shared a message on TRUTH Social.

“20 years ago, Autism in children was 1 in 10,000. NOW IT’S 1 in 34. WOW! Something’s really wrong. We need BOBBY!!! Thank You! DJT”

Kennedy testified before the Finance Committee for over four hours last week, facing tough questions from Democrats about his past statements on vaccine safety and efficacy.

A longtime environmental lawyer, Kennedy largely stayed on message, emphasizing that Trump, 78, had nominated him to “Make America Healthy Again” by tackling chronic disease and improving the U.S. food supply.
