The road to the World Cup officially begins Friday as the tournament draw takes over the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., at 12 p.m. ET.
And the soccer world is bracing for the fireworks.
This isn’t just another draw. It’s one of the defining moments before a summer showdown stretching across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The tournament kicks off June 11, 2026, under the lights of Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, before roaring across the continent and ending on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in NYC.
For the United States, it’s a history-maker: the first World Cup hosted on American soil since 1994, and the biggest stage U.S. Soccer has seen in a generation.
