Sen. Elizabeth Warren weighed-in Friday on the pair of mass shootings last weekend that took the lives of over 30 Americans; saying Walmart’s selling weapons that are “killing their own customers.”
“Companies that sell guns have a responsibility to the safety of their communities. @Walmart is one of the largest gun retailers in the world. The weapons they sell are killing their own customers and employees. No profit is worth those lives. Do the right thing—stop selling guns,” posted Warren on social media.

A man was arrested at an Elizabeth Warren Town Hall event in Arizona last week after allegedly assaulting a pro-Trump supporter.
“The man, who Tempe police declined to name, was arrested for ‘assault and disorderly conduct for confronting another subject at the event,’ said Detective Greg Bacon, a public information officer for the police department,” reports ABC News.
“The group of Trump supporters included about five men and women who all said they were part of AZ Patriots,” adds the article. “They wore red ‘Make America Great Again’ hats and T-shirts displaying the name of their local organization.”
Eyewitnesses say the suspect “lunged” at the group of Trump supporters; attempting to grab their smart phones.
