UPDATE: House Democrats to Vote THURSDAY on Resolution ‘Against Hate’

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.07.19

Democratic representatives are planning a Thursday vote to officially take a stand “against bigotry” and “against hate,” backing off an earlier resolution that explicitly condemned “anti-Semitism.”

“House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) announced at a closed-door whip meeting that the resolution would come up later in the day. Legislative text had not yet been released as of late Thursday morning, but Hoyer confirmed that the resolution would not specifically name Omar,” writes The Hill

“It’s going to say that we are against bigotry, we are against prejudice and against hate,” Hoyer confirmed.

Speaker Pelosi initially planned a Wednesday vote after Rep. Ilhan Omar accused American politicians of swearing a “foreign allegiance” to the State of Israel.
