President Trump weighed-in Wednesday on the Democrats’ latest push to implement mail-in voting for the 2020 election; saying “you’re asking for fraud” and the process would “destroy this country.”
“Why should they not be allowed to mail it in?” asked one reporter.
“When you do all mail-in voting ballots you’re asking for fraud. People steal them out of mailboxes, people print them and then sign them… They take many ballots and put them all together and dump them,” said the President. “We’re not going to destroy this country by allowing things like that to happen.”
“This has more to do with fairness and honesty. When that starts happening you have a rigged system, that’s what would happen,” he added.

‘NO CHEATING’: Trump Threatens to Withhold Funding for States that Move to ‘Mail-In Voting’
President Trump threatened to withhold federal funding from “rogue states” that move to mail-in voting for the 2020 General Election Wednesday morning; saying the system will likely be fraught with fraud and other inaccuracies.
“Breaking: Michigan sends absentee ballots to 7.7 million people ahead of Primaries and the General Election. This was done illegally and without authorization by a rogue Secretary of State. I will ask to hold up funding to Michigan if they want to go down this Voter Fraud path!” posted Trump on Twitter.
State of Nevada “thinks” that they can send out illegal vote by mail ballots, creating a great Voter Fraud scenario for the State and the U.S. They can’t! If they do, “I think” I can hold up funds to the State. Sorry, but you must not cheat in elections. @RussVought45 @USTreasury

COMEY'S ADMISSION: Comey Claims OBAMA ‘Jeopardized’ Hillary Investigation
Former FBI director James Comey raised new questions over Hillary Clinton’s botched email investigation Sunday night; claiming former President Barack Obama “jeopardized” the FBI’s probe during the 2016 election.
Comey was speaking with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos over the weekend when he slammed his former boss for publicly commenting on Clinton’s investigation; adding the President’s comments “really did surprise” him.
“We had the problem that President Obama had twice publicly basically said, ‘There’s no there, there.’ In an interview with—on Fox, an interview on ’60 Minutes,’ I think. Both times he said that. So that’s his Justice Department,” Comey said.
“He’s a very smart man and a lawyer. And so it surprised me. He shouldn’t have done it. It was inappropriate,” he added. “It really did surprise me.”
According to excerpts from his new memoir obtained by the Washington Examiner, Comey slams Obama for “jeopardizing” the Department of Justice.
“Contributing to this problem, regrettably, was President Obama. He had jeopardized the Department of Justice’s credibility in the investigation.”
