President Trump ripped liberal cities and states’ ‘Sanctuary’ policies for illegal immigrants this week; saying the USA should be a “sanctuary for law-abiding Americans, not criminal aliens.”
“We believe our country should be a sanctuary for law-abiding Americans, not for criminal aliens. “The open borders agenda of the radical left causes profound harm to poor, working-class Americans,” said the President.

BREAKING NOW: Trump Confirms DHS ‘Strongly Considering’ Placing Illegal Immigrants in Sanctuary Cities
President Trump doubled-down on his administration’s tough stance towards illegal immigration Friday; confirming the White House was “strongly considering placing illegal immigrants in Sanctuary Cities.”
“Due to the fact that Democrats are unwilling to change our very dangerous immigration laws, we are indeed, as reported, giving strong considerations to placing Illegal Immigrants in Sanctuary Cities. Only the Radical Left always seems to have an Open Borders, Open Arms policy – so this should make them very happy!” Trump posted on social media.

The move comes weeks after the President declared a “national emergency” along the US-Mexico border; effectively bypassing Congress to secure funding for his long-promised border wall.
BREAKING: Federal Court Says Trump’s Fight Against ‘Sanctuary Cities’ is UNCONSTITUTIONAL
A United States Appeals Court ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration’s efforts to cut-off federal funding from ‘Sanctuary Cities’ was unconstitutional; saying the executive branch can’t withhold money from towns that refuse to follow immigration guidelines.
According to Fox News, the court’s 2-1 decision claimed the President could only cease federal funds through “congressional authorization.”
“Absent congressional authorization, the administration may not redistribute or withhold properly appropriated funds in order to effectuate its own policy goals,” Chief Judge Sidney Thomas wrote for the majority.
The President’s fight against the Sanctuary Cities was held-up in court last November when a District Judge permanently blocked the proposal; claiming Trump “didn’t have the authority” to punish municipalities that bucked his immigration guidelines.
“A federal judge also ruled last Friday that the U.S. Justice Department cannot withhold grants from Chicago because it was providing sanctuary to immigrants,” writes Fox.
