'THIS IS GARBAGE!': Trump Allies Punch Back at Democrat Lawfare, 'There is No Crime' [WATCH]

After a morning inside the New York City courtroom where former President Donald Trump is on trial, friends and supporters of the 20204 GOP presidential nominee shared their thoughts with the press.

Former GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, and Florida Rep. Byron Donalds all defended the President who cannot always defend himself due to a gag order.

“I learned a lot from being in there in person. It is one of the most depressing places I have been in my life. But it is fitting because the only thing more depressing than the environment of that courtroom is what’s actually happening in there. It’s straight out of a Kafka novel. The prosecution’s main strategy appears to be to bore the jurors into submission. And if you look in that direction, sadly, it may appear to actually be working,” Ramaswamy said Tuesday outside the New York courthouse, adding that the case is “politicized persecution.”

Governor Burgum called the trial “election interference” and cited recent polls.

“The American people have already acquitted Donald Trump because the things they’re concerned about: inflation, crime, the border the economy—all of these things President Trump is leading by huge double digits,” North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum said.

Florida Rep. Byron Donalds called the trial a “joke” and a “farce.”

“Ladies & Gentlemen of America, this trial is a JOKE, a FARCE & a TRAVESTY of justice. We were in court all morning & it’s clear that there’s NO CRIME. The only crime here is that a Democrat judge & the Democrat party is prosecuting their top political rival during an election,” Florida Rep. Byron Donalds said on X.
