Bibi is alive — and joking!

Benjamin Netanyahu made it clear Sunday that reports of his demise were greatly exaggerated.

The Israeli leader posted a lighthearted video on X showing himself casually buying coffee at a café while joking about rumors circulating online claiming he had been assassinated by Iran.

“They say I’m what?” Netanyahu wrote in the post, according to a translation.

“I think coffee is to die for, I think my nation is to die for,” he added in the clip as he ordered a drink.

The video appeared to be a tongue-in-cheek response to a wave of conspiracy theories that spread online late last week, suggesting the prime minister had been killed and replaced by an artificially generated video.

Some internet users pointed to an earlier speech by Netanyahu and claimed they spotted six fingers on one hand — leading them to argue the footage had been generated by artificial intelligence.

In the café video posted Sunday, Netanyahu’s hands were clearly visible with five fingers on each as he chatted with people in the shop.

He also briefly referenced Israel’s ongoing military campaign against Iran and its regional allies.

“We are doing things that I cannot share at this moment, but we are doing things,” Netanyahu said in Hebrew, according to a translation. “We are hitting Iran very hard, even on this day, and in Lebanon, we are continuing.”

Before leaving, the prime minister thanked the barista and joked about the drink’s calorie count.

“Thank you for the coffee. It is excellent. I don’t know about the calories. It seems very dangerous to me,” he quipped.
