“Vicious people. Many of them murderers. Many of them out of Minnesota,” Trump said, before asking, “Do you want to live with these people?”

“In many cases, they’re murderers, they’re drug dealers, they’re drug lords, they’re mentally insane — killers, but mentally insane. This is just in Minnesota. In California, it’s worse,” Trump said.
