THAT'S A WRAP FOR ASA: Former Arkansas Governor Drops Out of 2024 Presidential Race

After finishing sixth in Monday night’s Iowa caucus, former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has decided to suspend his campaign for President of the United States.

“Today, I am suspending my campaign for President and driving back to Arkansas. My message of being a principled Republican with experience and telling the truth about the current front-runner did not sell in Iowa,” according to The Associated Press.

Hutchinson shared the news on X.

Hutchinson received just 0.2% support in Iowa.

Fellow GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy also suspended his campaign after a fourth-place finish; he finished the night with 7.7% support.
