In the latest “rules for thee” controversy, multiple-time maskless offender Mayor of Los Angeles Eric Garcetti was seen enjoying the Super Bowl brazenly bare-faced. SoFi Stadium, host to Super Bowl 56, said events with 5,000 guests or more require facial coverings inside and out.
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) put Garcetti on blast on Twitter —Garcetti had previously been caught taking maskless photos at SoFi, claiming he was “holding his breath.”
“He’s really good at holding his breath,” Cruz tweeted.

According to the Daily Wire, last Wednesday, when asked about maskless photos with Los Angeles Lakers icon Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Garcetti stated, “I’ll take personal responsibility, and if it makes you and everyone else happy — or even the photographs with people where literally I’m holding my breath for two seconds — I won’t even do that,” Deadline reported.
