SIMPLE QUESTION: Yovanovitch Says ‘No’ When Asked if She Has ‘Any Information’ on Criminal Activity

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.15.19

Former US Ambassador to the Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch disappointed Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill Friday; telling Adam Schiff she has zero knowledge of “any criminal activity” by the President of the United States.

“Do you have any information regarding any criminal activity that the president of the United States has been involved with at all?” asked GOP Rep. Chris Stewart.

“No,” replied the former diplomat.

AOC on IMPEACHMENT: ‘This is About Preventing a Potentially Disastrous Outcome Next Year’

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.14.19

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez weighed-in Wednesday on the Democrats’ public impeachment investigation; saying the proceedings are about “uniting her caucus” and “preventing a disastrous outcome” in 2020.

“We have to move quite quickly because we’re talking about the potential compromise of the 2020 elections. This is not just about something that has occurred, this is about preventing a potentially disastrous outcome from occurring next year,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

The Representative’s comments come hours after GOP leadership released a key memo debunking the Democrats’ motives for impeachment.

These facts are:

  • The July 25 call summary — the best evidence of the conversation — shows no conditionality or evidence of pressure;
  • President Zelensky and President Trump have both said there was no pressure on the call;
  • The Ukrainian government was not aware of a hold on U.S. security assistance at the time of the July 25 call; and
  • President Trump met with President Zelensky and U.S. security assistance flowed to Ukraine in September 2019 — both of which occurred without Ukraine investigating President Trump’s political rivals,” states the letter.

“Democrats want to impeach President Trump because unelected and anonymous bureaucrats disagreed with the President’s decisions and were discomforted by his telephone conversation with President Zelensky,” writes the memo.

“Since it became an independent nation following the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine has been plagued by systemic corruption… Corruption so pervasive that in 2011, 68% of Ukrainian citizens reported that they had bribed a public official within the preceding 12 months,” adds the statement.

BOOKER IMPLODES: Failing Cory Describes Trump Supporters as Most ‘Despicable Actors’ in US History

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.25.19

Failing presidential hopeful Cory Booker slammed President Trump’s “enablers” Wednesday, saying history will judge his supporter as the most “despicable actors” in the history of the United States.

“Those people who are enabling him, who witness the kind of things he does on a regular basis… Those people that are enabling him, there’s a cold, frigid place under the historical eye. They will go down in history as despicable actors who have enabled a president who’s doing some of the worst things in that office in the history of our country,” said Booker.

“The truth about Donald Trump will come out… I have a very low regard for people who know he’s doing wrong but defend him and empower him to remain in that office,” he added.

The White House released the official transcript Wednesday morning of a private phone conversation between President Trump and the leader of Ukraine; ending days of speculation as Democrats continue their renewed push for impeachment.

The call took place July 25, 2019 between 9:03am and 9:33am from the President’s residence .

“There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great,” Trump said in the phone call. “Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it…It sounds horrible to me.”

“That refers to Joe Biden, while vice president, urging Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, while Shokin was investigating the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings — where Hunter Biden was on the board. Biden has maintained that corruption concerns prompted his intervention,” reports Fox News.

“I will have Mr. Giuliani give you call and I’m also going to have Attorney General Barr call and we will get to the bottom if it. I’m sure you will figure it out,” the President concluded.

“Will the Democrats apologize after seeing what was said on the call with the Ukrainian President? They should, a perfect call – got them by surprise!” posted the President on social media before releasing the transcript.
